Well I would definitely put Superman 1 million above Skyfather but not too high. Superman the Mxy should be way way wayyyyy more powerful then Superman 1 million. His power is only limited by his will power. When Joker took mxy's power, he destroyed the entire universe and remade it with a snap of his finger.
