"za wuurldo!" dio mocks the frozen ken, then oras the hell out of him, then for the coup de grace, he drops a oil tanker on him for the win.

Dio would win, his attacking speed is even greater and his timestop just makes this unfair

Also Kenshiro's pressure point attacks won't do much against a regenerating vampire

if dio's head explodes, can he live again?

Dio via The World, and/or drain the blood from his body, or space ripper stingy eyes. And as for Dio's head, he's had his head bashed in, and his his head cut in half, from seeing how Kenshiro explodes heads, Dio will regenerate.

Straights (who was the same kind of vampire as Dio) actually had his entire body blown into chunks and regenerated

THE WORLD!!! That's why Dio wins, cuz of that he can actually beat alot of people when I think about it. And his healin' factor is out rageous.
