Depends on which Wesker we are talking about here, if we are talking about Wesker now, having injected himself with the T-virus then I'd say he has a bigger chance of winning.

I really wanna see what kind of feats Wesker gets in RE 5. As of right now I'd say Gene is a hell of a lot faster than Wesker.
