Which Superman Prime? Golden dude? Or SMP from Prime Universe?

Technically, there's not.

However, it can't really be denied that Darkseid's feats were better (in general) in the pre-crisis era, then they were/are in more recent times (pre-FC, of course.)

SMP will beat him like he beat everyone else..

I'm inclined to go with SMP. I can't see PC DS holding his own against the GL Corps, the SC, Guardians, JSA and JLA at the same time.
