Really, Anita is the definition of a deus ex machina.

Buffy has died several times before. I think Anita would be able to control Buffy if she wanted to since she's a necromancer. Penguin Power for the win!

Unless Anita's gotten another upgrade in Blood Noir (which I haven't yet read), no, she can't.

But Anita does have superspeed and strength and healing factor of her own, thanks to her double-triumvirate.


She takes it pretty easily. Yes, Penguin Power FTW. :P
