Who is the stronger and faster of the two

I don't know about power, but is there anyway 009 doesn't take this in speed?

they look roughly the same speed to me...009 probably has faster reflexes but Casshern can take way more damage

See I haven't seen Casshern, but it seemed to me from the very start if Casshern can catch 009 then that's pretty much the end of it.
