Well wayne with two days prerp could take a majority cause he could find a way to neutralize spiderman but none of the them are fast enough, strong enough or tough enough to take on spiderman

Specially if Spider-Man is not holding back he would tear Batmens heads off

1. Bruce Wayne is the Prep God. With 2 days of prep, he could think of more than a dozen ways of taking out SM. Plus, he has all the resources and tech necessary to put down even guys tougher than SM.

2. Toss-up. Though I don't see Spidey's webbing having any effect on Azrael, since he can easy cut through them with his flaming swords.

3. Terry McGinnis wins. A suit that grants him 10x stronger than a peak human. The suit is also equipped with arsenal of heavy artillery and jet packs.

4. The duo crushes the Spider.

Spider-Man has I believe although started as a sneak attack held off Wolverine Beast Nightcrawler Cyclops & Rogue which Rogue couldn't get lose off Spider-Man webbs and she is somewhere between a 10 and 50 tons character. I have heard he beat Titanium Man and Titania. He fights people like Green Goblin Hobgoblin Kraven Mysterio who have a ton of weapons some who can fly or hover. Alister Smythe has come up with how many Spider-Slayer each with their own techniques to fight Spider-Man and has never won. Spider-Man as Spider-Sense and webbing so if the Batmen toss something at him like bombs smoke canisters etc etc he has more then enough agility and reflexes to snare it with webbing and toss it right back to where it came from.

That's... 15 times stronger than a peak-human man. I don't see How Terry has any advantage.

1) bane broke batman's spine over his knee.

2) azreal hunted bane down and dismantled him, he's got "programming" in him that makes him go all out to accomplish his missions. plus he's got those heat blades and super strength.

Bats has taken on villains and heroes more powerful than Spidey (ex. Clayface, Solomon Grundy, the entire JLA, etc.)

It would be unlike any opponent Spidey has ever faced before.
Spidey will get crushed by Bruce Wayne. And Bruce has all the tech and resources to defeat Spidey.

He could make a suit far more advanced and durable than the Stiltman's non-stick suit. Or blast him with Kryptonian tech. Or do devise tactics to confuse Spidey's Spider-Sense.

There's just too many options for Bats to crush the Spider.

Parker is too strong and too fast-he does the crushing

Clayface and Solomon Grundy are not the shapest tools in the shed. Spider-Man has fought Rhino Black Tarantula Venom Carnage Kaine Puma Toxin Firelord etc etc. Spider-Man is not only a stronger faster more agile characeter he is a smart fighter.
