Who wins?

No PIS, Mimic wins. I remember when Proteus took over his body and he was using Colossus' strength, Wolverine's claws, Northstar's speed, and Cyclopes' blasts simultaneously.

Wonder Woman won't be able to beat that.

Which abilities is he bringing into the fight or is he just mimicking Diana's?

I think its any five mutant abilities that he's been in previous contact with.

You mean half of Colossus' strength, half of Wolverine's healing factor, half of northstar's speed and half of cyclops' blasts.

All of which (barring the blasts) Diana has to a much greater degree.

He gets half of all the person's powers.

As in Half of Colossus' durability/strength, half of Wolverine's healing factor/senses, and so on. All of those powers would be nearly insignificant if he absorbed half of Wonder Woman's stats though.

She's superior in basically every way, and she has better equipment/far more skilled.

That doesn't sound all that unbeatable. Clark is a more imposing foe than this amalgamation of powers (stronger than WW, more durable than Colossus, etc) and she can hang with him. *shrug*

If he only get's half of the respective powers, then she wins pretty handily in my opinion.

Erm...No. He only had half of Northstar's speed because he wasn't around him long enough to fully copy it. Nothing else was mentioned about him having half of the others' powers?

With these powers in one person. I don't see WW has a chance.

WW, would try and punch this Amal. hold her still with Pheonix level TK and proceed to pound her into the ground. Hell do it all invisible mode just for for fun.

Mimic can only 'mimic' MUTANTS. That's the basis of his powers. And he can mimic them to only half it's potency. AND to copy the individual's powers he has to be in close contact with the individual for a certain amount of days and 'understand' his/her (to mimic Northstar he had to be near him for several days; to the point where Northstar thought he was hitting on him)

Also, Mimic cannot copy neither Diana's or Sue's powers because it requires them to mutants....(Mimic did copy Sue's powers in Exiles but it was regarded as PIS as the writer confessed to misunderstanding his powers. If Mimic could mimic anybody he could have mimiced Thor, Proteus, Silver Surfer, etc.)

Mimic never copied Jean Grey either. He attempted to copy Dark Phoenix but only succeeded in a backlash that weakened both of them.
