Lulz. No. But she's not above, say, energy converters that could strip his gamma amp. Problem is, she's smart enough to make such a thing (atom-slicing knives and time travel machines attest to this, among many others), but doesn't have that exact feat, and also likely wouldn't figure it out in a "Ready? GO!" scenario like we have on the forums.
She can win, but only in an actual comic with all of her resources and maybe a couple meetings with him, or with some prep time with knowledge of Hulk. On the forums, in a regular match, Hulk punks her.
