Sadako of Girth
Bishop - the Aliens (1986) version- is on a colony like we saw on LV426/Acheron. He is lone caretaker of this facility which is at the ass end of space..

One morning, a transport lands near the facility on autopilot after being in space for a good few hundred years.
The hypersleep capsule opens and a clone Roy Batty emerges.
He is implanted with 'Blade Runner' Movie Battys memories, yet has no assigned lifespan and is here to fight for the colony as a haven of retreat for him and the other replicants and he knows that he'll have to kill in order to gain that.

And Bishop recieves the a communique from the company telling him to destroy Batty to remain in control of that colony..

The only long range weapons at the facility are a locker of 2 pulse rifles each with 1 clip of 100 rounds.
(standard rounds, no grenades) and both sides have armed themselves.

Melee weapons might include knives and cutlery, broken off hand rails, and the colony (no marine equipment other than the pulse rifle.) equipment seen in Aliens.

Who wins in this fight to the death/deactivation...?

Impediment
Gonna have to go with Bishop.

I refuse to think this is Batty from Blade Runner and, instead, I will interpret the OP as being Batty from Fern Gully.
