Batman/Joker/Lex Luthor vs Reed Richards/Dr. Doom/Tony Stark

Both teams have a full year of prep before they face each other. Which team prevails?

Also, let's say all of these guys team up afterwards to take on Thanos. The team is given a full five years of prep...and thanos is allowed two weeks of prep. Who will win..team or Thanos?

Doom and Reed with prep? Team two for the vast majority.

The second fight is going to Thanos IMO, but if the team would win it would more than likely be becaue of Reed and Doom. Team 1 could prep till they're blue in the face and they wouldn't be able to even bother Thanos.

Joker is a major weak link. Don't get me wrong, he's good with prep. But not this sort of prep. Replace him with Black Panther and you have a fight.
