My ankles don't randomly hurt though, they are just weak. I always sprain them slightly, i cant land on my feet if i jump off things higher than... id say... 8 feet or it would hurt a bit

I dont have any problems yet, buy my Dad does.

I can't walk for too long either

It's not that bad for me, although when I balled my ankles sprained VERY easily. Last time I sprained an ankle the Doctor told me I would have been better off breaking my foot.

When i run my ankles get sprained, not all the time though.

Its not like I run a lot
