Pip the Troll/w space gem vs Batman

Alright by using it for teleportation and strength only, can Pip win even if Batman has say 5 days of prep? Fight takes place in Marvel in Metropolis Missouri. Batman has a cave their with all of this tech and weapons etc etc. Who wins?

How could Batman possibly be him at all?

Well I could think of a way. I would say build a motion sensetive alarm and laser fire or mine the cave so if Pip stepped in there it would blow on contact. He could create androids of himself to decoy his where abouts in the cave stuff like that.
