Many ways this fight can go down but imo Team one has more ways to take down team 2 and a greater success rate.

A bloodlust team 1 would end it quickly, with a scream of BB eliminating almost everyone of team but Rulk and Hercules and MAYBE Magneto. Then, team one would gang bang them.

A "comic rumble" would be a good fight. Team Earth have Doom and Stark to plan the attack and Emma Frost to send the taugh of these two to everyone on the battlefield. If they find a way to keep occupied Black Bolt and Gladiator, they might win.
