This would be an awesome fight. I can't see Shaggyman winning, though. Maybe it's a stalemate.

If it is classic Validus...he would knock Shaggy Man off the planet, imo.

In general, I'd say Validus. I mean, he's a giant monster with lightening for a brain. Freaking sweet.

But, without someone to direct him, he's just not really smart enough to put down the General (I assume that we're using this version of the Shaggy Man, correct?)

no not necesserly it can be the original Shaggyman (the hairy one)

btw even if Validus is "smart" enough how is he gonna do enugh damage to Shaggyman?? (remember this is fight to the death)
