Mr. Terrific, with ease- he puts the hand-to-hand beatdown on enemies on a regular basis and is the only one on this list to qualify as a "martial artist." Without tech or powers, he decimates the others.

Stark and Pym probably take second and third...

Sivana and the Mad Thinker both can barely jog, let alone fight.

Pym and Stark have their own hand to hand feats and have trained with Captain America in a number of occasions. Pym also uses his body to fight as Giant Man, so he is much more used to physical action than some others.

It is true that some characters in the thread are there for the cheer coolness of getting their nerd ass kicked by other nerds.
