Just about any good European straight sword, or pretty much anything made with Damascus steel.

There are many blades that are better than katana. Most people (anime fans in particular) just focus on them because you see them in anime so often. Personally, if we're talking Japanese blades, I'd prefer a pair of tantou or a naginata.

Give be a bow and some arrows and a target to shoot at and I'm happy. I love archery.

Those are great weapons to use..

I can use a naginata pretty good

Sais are pretty cool. I was taught how to use razor tipped nunchuks, they're so dangerous, I was freaked out using them.

a friend of mine sometimes uses double nunchuks

Swords and blades in general I don't know much about. I do know the basics of using a staff, though, and I've done archery on and off for about 7 years now.

I would like to learn fencing at some point, though.

Are you a good archer Lana?

Not great, not bad. Just average. I don't get to practice it nearly as much as I'd like, I haven't done any in about two years now. Not really anywhere around where I live where I could practice.

I can understand that, when I first started training using Sais, I cut my elbows a lot until I started using them a little different..

Yeah, I cut my pants on my thighs once, if not for the brace I wear, the cut would have been on the flesh.

Ouch.. sometimes when I spar I still make sure I don't cut myself

Favorite blade... Probably the ninja sword I gave Kit for Christmas. I'm starting to miss the damned thing.

Haha, I'm accident prone. I once threw a PS1 controller that bounced off my closet which came back and hit me in the nose. I thought I broke it, hahaha.

As does she. It's just the only blade I had, and I knew she collected them, so... since I'm strapped for cash, it was all like... "Here, sis, have a sword for Christmas."

Shoulda given her a piece of cardboard and called it a day. XD

I also really like Tonfa Blades. I've always considered them quite unique.
