Who are you leaning towards in this fight, Fangirl? If we were going by implied power, Infinity Man/the Fallen One would be a really scary team. Fallen One was said numerous times to have an unlimited power source. And IM is always uber. But Fallen One has no feats to back up him being elite. So I'm going back and forth between Runner/Zoom and Surfer/Takion.
