PC Superman managed to get his hands on Quasar's Quantum bands and Jugz's cyttorak (sp?) crystal, combining Juggernaught's and Quasar's powers to enhance his own powers, making him virtually immune to all forms of energy and magical attacks.
Assemble any 3 DC or Marvel non-cosmic level opponents (villains or heroes) that can take down Superman at this level.
