ok im confuzzled...
i got this letter thingy from the "National Society of High School Scholars" and it seems too good to be true to me so i googled the NSHSS to see if it was a scam but im still not all too clear on it
does anyone know if this things a scam or not?

Well, if they want you to purchase something, it's generally a scam.

it says theres a $60 entry fee plus i can buy other stuff
but theres a fee waver if i qualify[which i most likely domhmm]

if they offer you something for free and all you have to do is buy something or subscribe for something and you just "might qualify" then its a scam. what are the details on the letter?

plus it says i got in because of my "outstanding academic acheivement" when i basically suck in school
