Though he's considered by many to be a 'goof character' he still was very powerful in a fun kind of way, and he needed a bit of recognition, imo..

That said I am going to organize this thread into a few main sections:

Though Herbie does have the ability to fly in the conventional sense, most times he simply walk-flies where he needs to go…And no matter where it may be, he seems to get to his destinations very fast (within a panel or two, in most cases.)

Otherwise, think Squirrel Girl but with more feats. He's absurdly unstoppable.

The only 'weakness' I'd say Herbie might have is that he could potentially run out of lollipops, I guess (as Digi said.) However, he never ran completely out of lollipops throughout his entire series, so that 'weakness' wouldn't really be in character for him at all.

It should also be noted that, while rarely seen, Herbie doesn't 'need' the lollipops to manifest powers - he has used an array of abilities without them (ie. things like magic, strength, speed, durability, the ability to grab energy blasts, his aptly named 'Ultimate Power,' etc.) The suckers just seem like a way for him to focus his powers more than anything. But what kind of consistency do you really expect (where particulars are concerned,) from a comic spawned by the mind of an opiate addict? lol.
