Who can get a majority over Omega red in low meta tier and under?

-only individuals in said power bracket and lower.

-also, only average comic prep is allowed, for example notification that he's committing a crime to the time the character arrives on the scene to deal with him. (usually the x-men leave asap in their jet gathering intel on the way to the fight if they didn't have any beforehand)

-if the character had previous knowledge of omega red, they retain it for this fight. characters that don't know him or his powers learn during the coarse of the confrontation.

- fights are out of ten
