Two deadly races are at war. Brutes from Halo and Krogan from MassEffect.

Fight is on a deserted planet. No vehicles. Each side has weapons from the games they're in.

Which of these sides would win?

Brutes.

Easily.

Easy? Krogan are tough. So tough, people are trying to make them extinct immediately. Brutes, they're just MC's ******* who'll get owned.

I'd have to say the Krogans got this one beat.

Sure the Brutes are tough but like Nemesis stated the Krogans were actually drugged so they could never reproduce again because they were so incredibly dangerous to the rest of the universe.

Plus the Krogans appear to have armor that is more defensive than the aesthetic armor of the Brutes, making it harder for the Brutes to kill the Krogans.

Krogans, are at best somewhat stronger than humans, and even that has yet to be proven.

Brutes, are physically stronger than Master Chief, can take an assault rifle barrage to the face and only get angry, are faster, have better weapons, and have force fields as well.

Apart from being stronger and bigger than Krogans, as Eneru mentioned they have better tech and are a lot more durable than Krogans.

And people shouldn't think that MC fights every single Brute warrior by himself. He only engages small squads of Brutes, MC is a tactical weapon for the UNSC, he doesn't engage anything close to the Brute's major offensive.

Krogans are pretty much extinct. Would they have enough people to go to war with Brutes?

Krogan after the genophage is cured.

Those Battlemaster biotics will come in handy.

I don't know what happens if you shoot a Krogan in the face, but all that a Brute does is get really, really pissed.
