Those two would get their ass kicked simultaneously. Majestic's powerful enough to move planets with ease, confirmed on panel. Thousands of times faster than light, confirmed on panel. Able to rewrite genetic codes with his heat vision as well as chemical compositions of objects. With better MA skill than either of them. Hell, he can even alter reality to such a degree that he can create suns. And he's highly resistant to magic.
That being said, the team is still too much for him. Unless this is Majestic at his peak, when he's either become a Universal or one of the last living beings in the universe. Then he wipes the floor with this team easily.

Travel speed ? How .. impressive.
He does have some impressive combat speed though, building tehnology during fights in what he describes as miliseconds and such.

Yeah, I'm sure he has done this to characters as durable and as powerfull as Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel, mid-battle.
He'll go Kung-Fu on their asses, right ? I mean it's not like Wonder Woman is one of the most skilled fighters int he DCU aswell.
Relativly undefined, not-being proven to work in battle, reality altering ? Yeah, nice.
Something tells me he wouldn't be able to resist the lasso. 🙂
