I am not familiar with Cheetah, but I am inlined to go with Spidey. Are we talking pre OMD Spidey or post?
With his webs and agility I think Spidey could take it especially if it is in NY city.
But if its an open area he may have trouble with Cheetah's speed.
This fight would probably end up with Pete out smarting Cheetah
