grundy is pritty inconsistent and batman just beat him with his fists not through prep

Hulk is also inconsistent.
He's been beaten by Cap America with no prep, and Spidey.

10 hours of prep is a sure win for Batman.
He has better tech and more resources than Frank. (ie. Kryptonian, Thanagarian, New Genesis tech, etc.)

Not as inconsistent. He also beaten both of them easily. Normally there jsut an announces
