Name the best and worst breakdowns of metal in your opinion, and by metal i mean the types of metal that actual have breakdowns, some nu metal, some rapcore, and mostly grindcore, deathcore, hardcore, etc.

Fav: Carnifex, My heart in Atrophy

Worst: Suicide Silence, Bludgeoned to Death. gets waaaaayyy to much hype for a crappy ass breakdown that only sounds "dum..... dum...... dum...... dum"
