Normal Tyrants are killed by Rocket Launchers

Volgin punched through something that Rocket Launchers couldn't dent.

The tyrant in outbreak was shot with daylight, and a rocket launcher, and if you went with Kevin and Jim's bad ending, it was still alive.

Back to the topic, Volgin is vurnerable to gunfire, so Leon could just dodge his lightning attacks and fire back and forth and Volgin is toast.

No, he isn't.

He tanked Snake's gunfire, and he even tanked several RPGs. Hell, he even tanked a lightning bolt. And Volgin can just create a shield out of electricity to block Leon's shots.

And Leon dodge lightning? Are you serious?

Well, to be fair, Volgin's lightning attacks aren't as fast as normal lightning. Unless you're saying Ocelot and his guns act at half the speed of light

Ocelot predicted their trajectory, he fired before Volgin did.

And Ocelot has the most ridiculous reflexes for a "peak human" in MGS.
