The two failures of their series Jagi (Fist of the North Star) vs Yamcha (DBZ) but this is end of DB Yamcha during when Piccolo Jr. first shows up. Back during the times Yamcha still liked to fight before being scared of death.

So who wins? The weakest Hokuto user who prefers to use cheap tricks and guns in fights or the master of Wolf Fang Fist?

Jagi loses. He is too slow, and probably won't even land any attacks even if he does use some Hokuto techniques.

Beginning of DB Yamcha was still a better MA than him. I know Jagi isn't very adept at HSK, but IDK what he is in terms of durability. If he gets standard HSK durability like ken, Raoh and Toki then this is a stalemate seeing as Yamcha wouldn't be able to hurt him.

He was still able to bend what looked like steel with a punch when Toki and Raoh wouldn't listen to him about Ken being named successor.

Yeah but I don't like to tie strength and durability together. If he has the durability then its a stalemate until Jagi shoots him in the face with a sawed off shotgun or until he gets tired of missing Yamcha.

Beginning of DB Yamcha loses

if this is beginning of DB yamcha, Jagi wins

Yamcha has weapons too rember, he created a sword out of stone by shattering stones left from Empoer Pilafs catsle which was beigndestroyed by Goku, he has guns, rocket lanchers, and He has the wolf fang fist

Stone can't hurt Hokuto Shinken, and I doubt rocket launchers and guns are apart of Yamcha's standard equipment. Wolf Fang Fist also won't hurt him much if not at all.

early Yamcha would use weapons, plus jagi was terrified of kenshiros strneght, im not saying Db yamcha is more powerful then ken, but what ken did to make jagi scard, punch a roof in isnt impressive, yamha wud flaw him!!

I don't think it was the roof being punched in that scared him as much as Ken's anger, and finally realizing that Ken wasn't just some weakling like he always assumed because Ken was younger. I mean Jagi punched a tree in two without any kind of Hokuto Shinken training whatsoever when he was young because Raoh dissed Ryuken, and when Ken was named successor he bent steel with a back hand so the concrete roof of a crumbling building shouldn't be impressive.

Its not a matter if he would or not its if he always did and if they came as standard gear. Kenshiro has used a spear and nunchucks before but he doesn't get them in every fight because he has only used them once or on occasion. What scared Jagi was the fact that A) Kenshiro almost killed him, and B) Kenshiro getting pissed and showing him his true strength. Kenshiro is much stronger than Yamcha and has way better strength feats.

Beginning of DB yamcha could hurt goku and send him flying through several stone pillars, while bulma's motorcycle and revolver bounced harmlessly off of him. I think he has an edge

Yeah, Yamcha might've been turned into an Internet meme, but he was actually a tough customer.
