He's got about Class 10 strength or so and bullet time speed.....but more importantly he's got big guns and some solid durability that should give him the win here.

Aquaman's Class 100 and can move faster than sound on land.

He also has aquakinesis and telepathy.

My mistake.....I don't follow Aquaman much.

Didnt Cable own the crap outa Surfer? And BROKE his board?? Or was he depowered since then? 'cause if he wasnt then i feel sorry for Aquaman.
