T'challa fended off legions of Skrulls with little prep Lex can't cut in Wakanda.

Couldn't he make alliances with supervillains or create something?

Lex is smart but T'challa has the resources of Wakanda and Storm and he knows how to fight wars his tech is up there with Lex's.
