If it's classic Talisman then Team 2 imo.

Since I'm not quite sure what team 2 is fully capable of, I'm not going to give my opinion. However, 'classic' Loki was very powerful (think Mxy, on a smaller scale.) It would take a hell of a lot just to put him down.
