How powerful is the Flash against other heroes?

Fighting at his full superspeed powers, abilities and knowledge of how to use these speed powers, how would Flash......either barry allen or wally west fair against such ultra powerfuls as SUPERMAN, HULK, THOR , SILVERSURFER, GREEN LANTERN(S) OR ANYONE?

Kyle would take run circles around him then steal his speed.
