Don't see how Loki would beat the Sorceress as long as she is in grey skull. And Skeletor would turn all of loki's bricks into literal bricks.

Loki or anyone of his sort should be far beyond the MOTU or their enemies. Even if gods aren't written like they should be. I mean right there he was breathing in space and then flew through atmospheric entry. That alone looks pretty good. Skeletor always seemed weak, and He-Man is far overrated. True, he once held up a moon or something, but I think it was only once and many of his showings were much lower. Also wildly inconsistent...didn't he once put a lot of effort into lifting a tank? I think Eternia's not near as high up as nostalgic fanboys believe.
