Kenshin is probably faster but Zoro wouldn't be killed in one hit unless Kenshin was trying to kill him.

I'd say Zoro wins more times than not. He only needs one strike to finish it and he's not dramatically outclassed in speed.

Kenshin may be too fast for him..

However it may take several hits for Kenshin to be victorious

Kenshin has Godlike speed and in many of his fights appears invisible cuz of his speed. See his fight vs Soujiro. Both he and Kenshin literally vanished cuz they were moving so fast.

Zoro has held up a building with a single hand, and several of his attacks cause him to move, attack, and sheathe his sword before anyone even knows he's moved. He is faster than Kenshin, and much stronger and more durable. He wins, period.
