This is a fight between Hulk and Rulk but Loeb with be in Rulks body and Stan Lee will be in Hulks body. Both current versions.

Takes place in a comic book convention in NYC

Stan Lee comes out of Hulk's body and beats up Rulk, pulls Loeb out and then beats him up too.
