The good guys: Ranma, Ryoga, Mousse, Shampoo, Ukyo, Genma, Ryo Kumon, Happosai, Cologne, Konatsu, Kuno, and Kodachi.
First round: I'll just give the usual Ranma-verse justification for why this gauntlet exists.
Gemma kidnapped Akane.
Ranma and co. pursue the devils to the harbor in yokohama. They're traveling overland ala Ninja scroll and will encounter the devils at various points. Can they get to the ship and stop Gemma?
2nd round: This time, 1v1. One person takes on the gaunlet one at a time. Bad guys have had 30 mins to set up the arena (city streets, circa 1600s) to favor their powers. No civilians.
3rd round: Same as above, but there are civilians and the Ranma crew are not aware they are heading into a fight.
3rd round: 8vs1. The entire 8 devils of kimon team against one of the Ranma crew.
