You do realize that Black Terror is like a darker Superman? Or at least he's a pirate Superman according to the Superpowers creators. He could rip apart super androids with his bare hands: huge mismatch.

He has done nothing like that in his series or Project Super Powers. Was this done is Tom Strong comics?
