I think if she hasn't, she's definitely above Eternity and everyone else except for possibly LT.

i remember showing him the (or explaining in writing) what happened to mephisto when he tried that tactic on thanos, even when he was new to the power he held. it didn't work out so well for him.

besides, flash is too stupid to use the ig without going completely insane.
