Who would win in a battle of wits,In My Opinion it would be pretty even but,Light will come out on top sense he was so smart he predicted what would probably happen in a couple of Months or Years(I don't remember)and everything turned out as he predicted.

Light, only due to that fact that he's smarter and I'm assuming these 2 have there worlds fused together (even playin' field) and they gotta seek each other out.
