Static Shock vs Spider-man's villains

Static Shock has gone to New York and Spidey is off with the Avengers. Could Static take his villains?

Dr. Octopus(the first one)
Hydroman
Sandman
Green Goblin(Norman Osborn)
Hobgoblin(either)
Mysterio
Electro
Shocker
Rhino
Hammer Head
Carnage
Venom
The Lizard

Note: These are not in any particular order. I'm just listing them just in case somebody can't remember who they are.(It's happened too me before so don't feel bad.) The deal is, Static Shock just takes Spidey's place for a month or so, so does he survive?

he should be able to beat all of them if he plays it smart, not sure if he takes the majority of fights with all of them though.

He wont beat Carnage, Venom, Sandman, or Electro.

He could just absorb any attack Static sends at him making him stronger.

^^^ Static is way more versitle, and just as powerful as Electro.

Static should take the majority. his only real problem should be Hydroman.

How is Static more versatile or as powerful?

And if you think Hydroman is the only real threat, I don't think you know enough about these characters.
