THE JLRTENJAC
Allright, Link Vs. Link.

OOT Link is adult form has all the equipment and abilities from OOT that he can use, but none of his equipment from MM.

For those that don't know this includes:
Bombs
Description: ...They go boom...
Kokiri Tunic
Description: This is Link's standard tunic. He will wear it for the majority of the game

Goron Tunic
Description: This tunic will allow Link to tolerate the extreme heat conditions he will face.

Zora Tunic
Description: This tunic will allow link to go under water without needing to come back up to surface for air.

Master Sword
Description: A legendary sword of Hyrule. Link will be able to travel through time when he takes or puts the sword back in the pedestal, which holds the Sword

Biggoron's Sword

Hylian Shield
Description: This shield can be equipped by both adult and child link.

Mirror Shield
Description: This shield can reflect Light and Magic spells.

Kokiri Boots
Description: This is Link's standard pair of boots. Link will wear them for a majority of the game

Iron Boots

Megaton Hammer
Description: Can be used to break huge rocks. Can also push down some rusted switches

Deku Nuts
Description: Throwing them at your enemy will stun them for a short period.

Deku Stick

OoT Link would win and here is the simple reason as to why. He has a high showing of strength and endurance. Just because he can't use his MM items, that is fine, Majora's Mask Link is still Ocarina of Time Link, and they both share each others' feats and endurance by obvious reasoning.

ALtTP is awesome, mostly because of his items. But he honestly hasn't shown much other then that. Pegasus boots will make him fast, and with a limited amount of energy, his Cape could help him for a while.

OoT Link can fight at a better distance and use the powered spin attack energy, and has shown to be more agile with flips and side steps.

That's mainly the difference between the systems. On the SNES they couldn't really have him doing all the flips and stuff. I'd be willing to bet that if they re-did ALTTP into higher graphics an such that he'd be able to do all the same stuff as OOT link.

What time control? At this stage all he can do is go backwards and forwards in time seven years every time he either places the Master Sword in the Pedestal or removes it from the Pedestal. Remember, he can only do what he can in OOT. He hasn't learned any of the songs to control time like he does in MM...

Oh... and he can turn night into day and vise-versa... woopteedoo.

And even in MM, his songs don't really effect his enemy. Just how much time there is untill the moon crashes into clock town.

I say that ALTTP would win, just because he has the three medallions, which are immensely powerful unto themselves.

I KNEW!!!! I F*$#IN KNEW IT!!! IT WAS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE PEOPLE RAN OUT OF ENEMIES FOR LINK, SO THEY MADE HIM FIGHT HIMSELF!!!

laughing Points for humour, sir.

Ironicly, he wins this thread too. erm

KingD19
Yeah, Link wins.

Voyeur
THE JLRTENJAC, in MM his songs do affect time and how slow/fast people move. The only reason they don't affect enemies is because that'd be boring for Zelda. But if you play the inverted song of time, the people of clock town and other NPC like things, all go slower. It's easy to assume they'd affect other beings that way too.
