I know that UNI surfer is 50 times more powerful, but does anyone have any scans to show that he has feats approaching this level? He had it for a like one issue even than he gave it away quickly without doing anything significant with it.
So no there is no feat to indicated that Surfer's powers boosted by 50 times
It seem that Uni Power seem to have much greater affect on lower tier than heralds
But normal Surfer did beat this guy who had Glad's power + Uni Power
anyway Surfer wins
