KMC + LSH VS Vertigo

OK, I am playing in the SFL (Superhero Fantasy League) with the LSH composed of the following.
Braniac 5
Superman
Mon-El
Laurel Gand
Kid Quantum 2
Thunder

I am undefeated so far but the Vertigo team is setup as the unstoppable Juggernaut with this squad.

Saint Of Killers
Phantom Stranger
Swamp Thing
Constantine
Crazy Jane
Tim Hunter
Jane. Hunter, and Constantine can be blitzed.

Its the remaining 3 that are a problem.

I have come up with the following.
Kryptonians and Daxamites have a different physiology with no flora in their stomachs to exploit. That should negate the Swamp thing in those potential matchups.
The Kryptonians and Daxamites are fast enough to evade the bullets from SOK indefinitely while simultaneously attacking. Therefore a
draw. 😄 Yeah, yeah this is a stretch.

So KMC what canon based argument could you give me to take down Saint of Killers, Swamp Thing and the Phantom Stranger?
