The only race who would actually defeat the Kherans is the New Gods. Khera's so far advanced and powerful that it was said whoever controls Khera (referring to the various political factions) controls the entire universe.

The Daemonites lost the war, their home planet, and consequently a ton of their race as casualties of war. So along with the New Gods, the Kryptonians and Eternals probably beat the Daemonite hordes.

Kherubim and Daemonites working together? No one beats 'em.
