Agreed. De-powered Cain loses. However, Classic/Current Juggs wins. Nothing Herc could do to harm him.

If Mjolnir can't do anything to Cain, don't see what the mace will do. Plus, Herc lacks a lot of the other more exotic powers that Thor used to gain the upper hand on Cain, like bfr, or the removal of his enchantment.
