In this fight superman has spiderman spider sense (precog) but its fast enough to keep up with supermans speed.

Superman's regular senses are better then Spiderman's. As for the thread, Superman loses bad unless he gets a Sun Dip

Prec and superman senses are different. It would almost be impossible for them to hit someone that knows about every attack that is coming.
