im just curious but could someone tell me who they think has an equal pwr lvl to Dormammu in the DC universe. good or bad

I only know SuperMAN Prime! Anyways it's hard to find his equal. Very hard. There aren't many character in marvel who are weak to solar radiation, and have his speed, strenght, and durable that is on his level.

Dormammu's DC equal: Spectre.

there equal doesnt have to have the same powers as them just the same level of power,
