Saints Row's 'The Boss'.

Couldnt find this anywhere.

Round one: Car race from Los Santos to Venturas, they are both given general knowledge of San Andreas, both have a pistol.

Round two: A fist fight in the empty streets of Vice City.

Round three: A gun fight, both have pistols with 100 bullets each, takes place in in GTA 3 Liberty City, on first island.

No police or gangsters, just peds in 2nd and 3rd round.

The Boss crushes him. Matching Saint's Row and GTA is, despite what people seem to think, a bad idea.

The Saints have started as a street gang. They left the realm of street gang by the time Saints Row 2 (or 3, depending on how you take things) ended. They have become something of an organization with control over two entire cities on Earth, a mediatic empire, and a fuuckiing intergalactic empire. With Hell as part of their domain.

The Boss was deemed by the Devil to be worthy of marrying his daughter and leading the armies of Hell against Heaven. Niko is a former soldier turned into hired thug that never goes to higher positions. He's one of the overall weakest protagonists in influence, compared to the stronger Tommy Vercetti and Carl Johnson, who never reach even a 1% of the power and influence the Boss possesses. Nor the offensive power.
