Hm...the vine has Shuma listed as a 2nd Class universal abstract entity under marvel and King of Tears also is listed as a 2nd Class universal abstract entity under DC.

I haven't read much of KoT so I wouldn't know. However, it is unlikely that KoT can destroy Shuma-Gorath, or if anything could for that matter. As the SoulDevourer said, Shuma-Gorath will just resurrect in its dimension if its body is destroyed.
